Dear Shoemaker's:
This letter is long overdue,
so please accept my apologies for not sending it much earlier.
I just wanted to let you know how much I have enjoyed working
with all of you at Shoemaker over the last four years. When
I first came to work at Park Tudor, I had very little experience
in audio-visual. I was cautioned that some in our business
office were suspicious of the relationship between your company
and my predecessor. I was skeptical that a small, local company
could provide the service and products necessary to justify
receiving a large portion of our audio-visual business.
After trying other vendors, I quickly
learned hat none of them could come close to providing
the type of quality service that Shoemaker can. I have
received excellent technical support from David Kruse,
Red Surber, R.J. Ward and Jeff Rich. I also have enjoyed
working with Jim Bradley this year. I rely on them for
their technical knowledge and guidance before making purchases
and planning new installations. There is not another company
out there that can provide the superior customer service
and turnkey solutions that you do. I also appreciate the
personal, casual way I am treated. I feel like I am part
of the family. Thanks so much
for the superior service and I look forward to continuing
our relationship for years to come.

Dear Chris,
Just wanted to send a personal
note to you to say "thanks" for all of your assistance
and leadership over the implementation of our new worship
room, now called "A2". This room is being used
for 3 separate worship events, "Sojourn", our new
weekend worship service, Sr. High worship, and "The
Point", our mid-week service for young adults. It is
also being used for many gathering, meetings, etc., as well
as the occasional playing of X-Box.
Overall, the project went
very well and we are quite pleased with the results. Much
thanks to you and your crew for making it all happen. If
you ever have a client interested in what we have done, please
know we are fine with showing the room!
Thanks Again,
Daryl Cripe

Dear Chris,
Thank you so much for coming to Bethel and, most graciously,
teaching, renewing and reviewing a very diversified group
much of what they should know about the A/V System. Not
once did you hesitate to answer questions or call anyone
a "dummy"! What finesse!
These to whom I talked felt your session answered many
of their questions. But we do appreciate your offering
to be "just a phone call away". Also, I admired your patience
with the late arrivals.
Again - Thanks You! Not only are you well informed, but
you are a nice guy.
Sincerely,
Sue Soder
